Unheard of in the Custom Engraving Industry but, I am so confident that you will be pleased with your purchase that I offer this warranty.

If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase,
return it within 7 days of purchase
and I will give you a credit or refund your money.
Shipping cost Not refunded.
Items with Free shipping will have $5.00 deducted to cover the shipping.
Multiple copies of the same item - only the first item has this warranty. Once you accept either a proof or the first actual item the remainder of the order is not returnable.
Engraving proofs for some items will be OK'd by customer prior to engraving.
